Team Off-sites / Retreats
If you are looking for a unique place to take your team away, recharge, reconnect, refocus for an off-site or to run a retreat, Casa Allegra and Casa Andante might be just the places you are looking for. Casa Allegra and Casa Andante are two 5-bedroom homes in the beautiful country town of Trentham, just over one-hour’s easy drive from Melbourne. The properties, which are adjacent to each other, share beautiful large country gardens so space is in abundance and the houses are very peaceful and private and the air is fresh.
We can help you create the perfect off-site for your team. There are amazing local caterers who will prepare you delicious, healthy, organic local produce. There are many activities that can be organised for your group. Bush walks, yoga, workshops on all sorts of things (such as bread making, fermenting, ayurvedic medicine and cooking, floral therapy, meditation, macramé, herbal medicine, raw food, painting and drawing and gardening, just to name a few!). You can experience equine therapy, treks on Lamas, forest bathing, golf, wine tasting, secret forest walks and team ‘cook offs’. Of course you can also just enjoy a stroll down the street to have dinner at one of the pubs. We can even organise a facilitator for your group for strategy work or team building.
By getting away, you will be allowing your team to get out of their usual environment and open up to new experiences and new thinking. The homes provide a relaxed environment, much less formal and rejuvenating than many off-site venues, which is conducive to creative thinking and great teamwork.
Workspaces
Casa Allegra has a large separate Garden Studio space where you can run the offsite / retreat. The studio is light filled and has views of the garden from all the windows. There are flipcharts and stands available for your use, a TV and use of a projector can be arranged.
The living rooms and the gardens can also be used as break-out areas.
Accommodation
Each house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people. Each bedroom can be made up as one King size bed or for twin share they can be split into long singles. Depending on your requirements for your offsite, you can choose different room types and sleeping arrangements.
If you have a small group of up to 10 people, then you could just book Casa Allegra. If your group is bigger or you need individual bedrooms for your team members then using both Casa Allegra and Casa Andante would suit your needs. At Casa Allegra, two bedrooms have en-suites and three share a bathroom and an additional toilet. At Casa Andante all five bedrooms have en-suites. So, the houses could accommodate 10 people each in separate rooms with most having their own en-suite. If you have more than 10 people and individual rooms are preferred, the are a few other accommodation options walking distance to the houses which could also be booked to provide additional accommodation.
If people are happy to share rooms, up to 20 can be accommodated over both houses, Casa Allegra and Casa Andante.
Catering:
The caterer can be chosen from our list of preferred caterers or you may provide your own caterer.
You will be responsible for the cost of the caterer.
